Jeffrey and Reva are still on their picnic. Jeffrey is laying on the blanket, on the phone, while Reva is off a bit standing holding and rocking Colin.
Jeffrey is talking to Josh and they are finalizing the details for Jeffrey's plan. Jeffrey hangs up and watches Reva with a sad look.............

Back to Feva's picnic. Jeffrey is now strumming on his guitar. Reva is playing with Colin as he lays on his back in front of them. She thinks she should be greedy, because when you find something wonderful, she leans in closer to him and says, you want to have it all the time. Jeffrey puts down the guitar and gives her a momentary concered look and tells her, he wants her to remember that and as much has she loves all this, he loves it too. ) Reva is smiling at him and tells him it sounds like he
thinks she is going away for murder. Jeffrey tells her, No he knows she's not, he knows she didn't kill Edmund.......he changes the subject and says,
that today, let's not think about that. He wants her to look around and see how beautiful this is, and he's going to look at her and see how beautiful
she is. He puts his arm around her and kisses her. He pulls away and softly says, Okay......? She murmers, Mmmm mmmm........He picks up his guitar again as

Josh still tries to convince Shayne and Dinah about Edmund being alive. Shayne asks, if that's the theory, what's the plan? Josh tells them, he doesn't know. Josh tries to leave, and Shayne can't just accept that he doesn't know. Josh tells him not to do anything crazy and Josh leaves. Shayne is asking Dinah if she believes it, and Dinah wants to go, but Shayne is still in shock and not believeing this, but follows her anyway...........
Jeffrey and Reva come home and Reva tells Jeffrey she's taking Colin upstairs and she asks Jeffrey to unpack the picnic stuff. He agrees and she starts to walk away and he stops her, calling her back and tells her, he loves her. She just smiles at him, almost a little surprised at how affectionate he's being. She leaves and Jeffrey gets a serious look on his face and then goes around gathering all the stuff he needs for his plan. He even takes his gun from the locked box in the closet. He puts various things, money, passport, gun in a suitcase and takes it and puts it out in the entry way in a chest outside to be ready for when he leaves. He goes in the kitchen and gets a glass of water and Reva comes in and she takes the water off him, telling him she needs some of that. She takes a drink and he watches her with a smile again, and she says again, you've been doing that all day, staring at me, watching me do boring things. He tells her in a soft voice, They're not boring things, when you do them. He continues to smile at her and she asks him with squinted eyes, Are you trying to get laid? He takes the water off her and asks, Why is it working? He takes a drink of the water. She puts her hand on her hip and says in a seductive tone, that he just took a giant step in the right direction. He says with his own seductive tone, Oh yeah.....She murmers, Huh huh......He pulls her close and begins kissing her passionately as they moan through their passionate kiss and it looks like Reva is beginning to unbutton his shirt........(Woohoo, sexy scene!)

He thanks her and stands up. Reva tells him, Jeffrey, here's your water and she pulls the water hose out of the sink and sprays him. He is still
shirtless and he yells in fun as they laugh and as he takes the hose and turns it around on her spraying her. They laugh through their water fight and he
yells for her to stop, truce. Reva is laughing as Jeffrey says he has to go out, what are people gonna think as he stands there all wet. Reva is still
laughing and tells him, they are gonna think you're very, very bad. She comes closer to him and puts her arm around him and asks why he has to go out?
She kisses him and he says he hates to leave her, they kiss again, and she murmers, then don't. She tells him, to go and they kiss all through their
words, she tells him to hurry back, cause she'll be waiting. More kisses, lots of kisses here. She offers him a towel. Jeffrey throws one last glass of water on her and he
runs away and she tells him, he's gonna get it when he gets back. She stands there smiling at their playful, loving moment, and then sighs in
contentment.............
Josh places some more evidence in Feva's garbage outside their house, as Mallet tells him, on the phone that the lead he gave him, didn't pan out. Josh tells him that's okay, he just thought it might have led somewhere. He hangs up and walks away.........
Jeffrey is on the phone and is setting up a meeting at the helicopter in two hours. He hangs up and Josh is with him. Jeffrey tells him the chopper is set. Josh tells him, there's not much time. Jeffrey agrees and then tells Josh, Mallet should be able to piece it all together, and asks Josh if all the clues are in place? Josh tells him, yes, he just dumped the shoes at the house. Jeffrey tells him, good, so I better get out of here, before I get arrested. He gives Josh his bag that he put together, without Reva seeing. Jeffrey tells him, he's gonna need it when he's on the run, and asks Josh to bring it with him when they meet at the helicopter in two hours. Dinah goes to the helicopter and wants to book it, but the guy tells her he's filled up for the day, but he'll take her tomorrow. She offers to double the pay, to bump off the other person, but the guy tells her, that Mr. O'Neill is already paying triple. She makes sure that Jeffrey is the O'Neill he means and he tells her, he thinks that's his name and he walks away, leaving Dinah intrigued what Jeffrey is up to..........
Jeffrey is in his office on the computer and brings up a picture of Edmund and is doing a search for him. We hear Dinah's voice asking him where he's going. He looks up seeing Dinah and tells him, nowhere, he's just working. Dinah asks if he'll get all that work done on the helicopter. He looks at her seeming a little caught off guard that she knows about the copter, and she tells him, she knows he booked it to leave two hours from now. She tells him, she knows he's leaving town, and she thinks she knows why, but she wants to hear it from him. He leans back and looks at her with a concerned look.............
Reva is with Shayne inside the house, standing in the kitchen(Right on the recent sex spot:LOL) and she seems like she's joking about the threat of Edmund, maybe they should close the curtains. She doesn't think four walls are going to keep him away. She thinks the only way to stop him, is if we get to him first. She tells him, we're not even sure that Edmund is still alive. She wants to live her life. She recounts how she went through a high-risk pregnancy, cancer a murder suspect and now you're trying to turn me into the victim of a stalker. She continues to yell, she can't do it anymore, she won't. Her drama meter is tapped out. She takes a breath saying that she never thought that day would come. Shayne tries to comfort her, and he tells her not to worry, he's sure her drama meter isn't tapped out. She laughs and Shayne says, he thinks that well runs deep. He realizes that he's making it worse, but he's not going anywhere and offers to distract her by playing cards. She hears Colin crying over the monitor and tells him, get the cards, she'll be back in two minutes, unless it's a poopy diaper, then it'll be three. She laughs and Shayne tells her, she has two, as she walks away.............
Mallet is outside casing Reva's house and he finds the planted, muddy shoe that Josh left to incriminate Jeffrey..........
Shayne meets up with Josh at Company and they talk about Reva and how Shayne thinks she's more nervous than she's letting on. Jeffrey puts on his coat and tells her, not if she's no longer a suspect. Dinah asks how he's gonna make that happen. Jeffrey tells her, he set himself up to look guilty and now he's off to find Edmund. Dinah nods and figured it was something like that. She thinks it's a good plan and she tells him, she's coming with him. He gives her a confused look............
